Kevin began CrossFit in 2014 and received his certificate as a CrossFit level 1 trainer in June of 2017. He is a Dutchtown High School graduate and is currently at LSU pursuing a degree in kinesiology. He spent many years playing football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse and quickly fell in love with “The Sport of Fitness” and the community aspect that comes with it. After graduating from high school, CrossFit offered a competitive outlet as a sport, as well as a network of communities that had the ability to impact and change lives for the better, making it the clear option for him. Kevin is also First Aid and CPR certified.
A message from Kev:
Starting CrossFit was one of the most humbling experiences I have. Even though I was active throughout my life there were still many aspects that were challenging. As I became more familiar with the “Sport” I realized how the community is intertwined, as well as interdependent on the “Sport.” This community allows for a life-changing environment that you can’t help but be a part of. My passion as a coach lies with the ability to act as a catalyst and facilitate the beneficial pathways CrossFit has to offer.
