CrossFit Virtus offers unique membership packages to suit your needs. All CrossFit classes are led by a Level-1 Certified CrossFit Instructor and are usually comprised of 6-10 clients/athletes. Every session generally lasts an hour and consists of a technical review/instruction, warm-up, workout and cool-down. What you should expect is a personal training session without the personal training costs.
All clients/athletes must participate in a “On-Ramp Course” prior to beginning any group training sessions. This course is divided into four, one-hour sessions over the course of two weeks. The course focuses on the fundamental CrossFit exercises. The cost for the On-Ramp Course is $150. The fee also includes your first month of CrossFit classes.
Please note that we offer a 15% discount for all spouses, military/police/fire fighters and full-time students.

CrossFit Virtus offers individualized private training sessions to anyone interested in one-on-one coaching. One-on-one coaching affords the individual the opportunity to become better at lifts they may have difficulty performing, weak areas that may need more attention or simply wanting a more personal training environment. Private training sessions are available for CFV members and non-CFV members.
