A message from Bernard:

What attracted me to CrossFit initially are the constantly varied workouts.  Every day is a new challenge.  Coming from a “Bodybuilding” background, I would need to change my workout from week to week to not get bored.  CrossFit just clicked for me.  It has the weightlifting I’ve loved for 25 years, and has the conditioning components I was lacking.  I can assure you, CrossFit is not boring.  CrossFit will push you to your limits both mentally and physically and leave you wanting more the next day.

What I enjoy about being a coach is helping people achieve their goals, no matter what they are.  Each person’s successes or failures are worth celebrating or improving.  I believe mastering fundamentals today is the key to being a better athlete tomorrow.
