30 Kettlebell squat cleans, 53/35

5 Handstand push ups

30 Kettlebell high-pulls, 53/35

5 Handstand push ups

Note: The KB Squat Cleans and High Pulls will be performed with one arm. You may alternate arms as appropriate until the required number of reps is completed.
