Every minute on the minute for 10 mins, 2 muscle-ups

If not capable of performing muscle-ups…muscle-up practice for 10 mins

~then~

10 rounds of:

5 Burpees

5 Box jumps, 24/20

5 Wall-balls, 20/14

Rest 60 secs between rounds
