REMINDER: Lurong Challenge begins this week. For all participating, the benchmark workout will be programmed on Tuesday. Any weekly workouts will be published every Tuesday as the workout of the day. Please remember, if you have any questions about the challenge, please ask one of the coaches or a fellow crossfitter that has participated in the past. We have done several Lurong challenges over the past few years and have always seen positive results from those that stuck it out. Please get your measurements and other first-week requirements in. There are many many useful tools, resources, etc on the Lurong website. Take full advantage of it. All the best.
