This retest must be completed at the same skill level as it was performed during week 1. This benchmark workout is race against the clock. Level 3 and Level 2 athletes will complete 2 rounds, and Level 1 athletes will complete 1 round. Be sure to review the Official Workout Announcement for all scaling and movement standards. No other variations or scaling options are allowed other than the standards listed in the announcement. Every rep that is not completed will count as a 1-second penalty and every 10 meters on the row that is not completed counts as a 10-second penalty. Total time (including penalties) will be automatically calculated in the submission form.
