A message from Nick:

Before finding CrossFit, I never truly understood what “fitness” was. Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity has brought whole new meaning to my perception of “fitness”. I truly believe that training in the CrossFit modality has been vital to my performance as an aging firefighter. Loosely translated, oxygen efficiency along with moving large loads a long distance in a short amount of time  has helped me be a better firefighter. Whatever your task in life CrossFit makes you better!! I love being part of the Virtus family and enjoy helping others find their true potential.
