This program is offered THREE days/week for SIX weeks. Fit Camp focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. If you find the thought of regular CrossFit classes intimidating, this is a great way to get in shape using basic bodyweight movements, plyometrics, running, rowing, jump ropes, kettlebells and medicine balls. The FitCamp will also be used as a way of progressing prospective clients into the group CrossFit classes in lieu of an On Ramp – if he/she chooses to join our CrossFit classes. Upon the completion of FitCamp, the client can choose to join the CrossFit program.
Program begins on June 8th for 6 weeks.
