I have never met this make believe fire breather that Cecil made up, but if he keeps destroying WOD’s I am going to have to hate him. LOL
I’m giving this one a try tomorrow. I’m a day behind because we ran hills this morning and it was butt-kicker. I like the program, it is working for me.
