Is that 800 up top an accident?
I think it’s just meant to be an 800 meter run “sandwich”. the AMRAP is separate from the 800m runs.
Yep, it’s an 800 meter “buy in”. Actually it’s a half “Murph” / “Cindy” combo
so 800m then 10 min AMRAP then 800m
ouch.

It’s a Zone sandwich. Lettuce sub’d for bread.
