Muscle Snatch X 3, Press Under X 3, Heaving Snatch Balance X 3, Sots Press X 3

WOD: Open Sectionals 11.4

As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 mins of:

60 Bar-facing burpees

30 Overhead Squats, 120/90

10 Muscle-ups

Note: If not muscle-ups, perform pull-ups/dips (1:3)
