Tabata Push-ups
Rest 5 mins
On the minute every minute for 10 minutes:
Clean & Jerk, 2 reps
5 mins of:
15 secs on / 15 secs off, alternating between parallette handstands and L-sits
That was a beast! The Tabata pushups were KILLER and the Clean and Jerks afterwards were brutal. U had nothing left in the tank for handstands and L-sits…. But that’s okay, next time will be better.
And by U….I meant “I”…LOL, dang iPhone.
