“Death by pull-ups”
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Nice pic! I remember those days. By the way…shaving for work is exceptionally difficult after “Death by Pullups”. I cant bend my arms enough to reach my face! LOL! Great WOD today and it was awesome to see Dan Fritts in the Box for his first WOD!

You guys really pushed it passed your limits this morning. Again, group training allows for that to happen. I hope Dan is okay. He pushed himself pretty hard!!!
