Sweet! A workout that’s not “for time”!
We should rename this one “357”. I figure since we all elect to do it as a continuous exercise of 3 shoulder presses, followed by 5 push presses, followed by 7 push jerks before we re-rack…it’s fitting. What do you think? I know we don’t have to do it this way, but it sure increases the intensity.
I agree. That was an extreme amount of intensity this morning. Made me a little jealous to watch it. Great work by everyone this morning. “357” is a pretty cool name. How ya feeling…shoulder???
Still sore like the last few days…but it doesn’t seem to effect my ability to do the WOD’s….it’s just sore when it’s “cold” but once I get it good and warmed up it seems to work well enough.
