EVENT AND SCHEDULE REMINDER: We are conducting a weightlifting clinic in Gonzales this Saturday morning. The clinic is a follow up to coach Bernard’s weightlifting clinic from a couple of months ago. Our last weightlifting clinic focused on technique and positions. This clinic will focus more on the lifts themselves (Snatch, Clean & Jerk).
CrossFit classes will be held in Prairieville at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. The weightlifting clinic will be held promptly at 7 a.m. . No CrossFit classes will be held in Gonzales.
