Find your 1 rep max for Snatch (anyway, ground-to-overhead)
If you are new to CFV Programming or do not have a good snatch. Perform the following:
Overhead Squat: 3-3-3-3-3
WOD
Complete 21-15-9 reps of:
Left Arm KB Snatch
Right Arm KB Snatch
Pull-ups

I uhh… Er…. I guess once you see a few you can tell a good one from a bad one.

I looked at a bunch of snatch today. Even watched some videos on snatch technique. Plus, the more sessions I spend with folks helping them improve it, the easier it gets for me to differentiate. My goal is to, someday, be able to spot a good snatch in a crowded room.
