Man it is so good to get back into CrossFit. My good buddy mario introduced me to it back in Iraq in 2010 and saw results that i never expected. But once I got back home and back to work in 2011, there were no local boxes that were open early enough for me to get my workout in (under the supervision and motivation that I think I need from a Level 1 instructor). I am so glad you made the leap of faith into opening your own CrossFit Box and having hours that are convenient for those of us that work early and late hours. “Helen” was brutal but I loved every second of it. Thanks for scaling her back for me to so she wouldn’t kill me!
