I did the WOD this morning at Gillis Long. I loved it (mainly since I wasn’t passing out from exhaustion at the end). Didn’t go for max load since I was solo but I bumped the sets from 5 to 7 to compensate. Looking forward to being back at the box tomorrow so you guys can push me.
