On today’s lifts, you will have 20 mins to establish a new 1 Rep Max for the Snatch and 20 mins for the Clean & Jerk.  We have spent over 8 weeks dialing in positions, strength and speed under the bar.    Once you pass 85%, no more than 3 misses are allowed.  Anything more means you are not ready for that weight today.  Tomorrow is another day.  There is still much work to be done on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.  Today is just to see where we are and be proud of how far we have come.  Do you best and leave the gym happy.
