Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
OR…
“Cindy”
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Man did i pick a good day to miss! LOL. That looks brutal! I did a “meathead” workout (Chest and Tri’s) with Pat Sellen at lunch yesterday. That dude is a machine! I have got to get him to come try CrossFit. He’d be a firebreather!
