Row (Calories)

Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Wall-ball, 20/14 pound ball, 10/8 ft target (Reps)

Mother of all that is Holy, man that was tough this morning. I gave it my best to break 300 but everything went numb in the third round. Felt worse this time than last, probably because the last workout I did before this one was the filthy fifty. Man i hope our coach starts feeling better!!!
